

VYPE: What are your personal goals this year and how is the season going?
Braden: My personal goals are to win state in Class 5A. My season is going pretty good so far, I’m hitting around .425 with about 30 RBI’s.
VYPE: What is the most fun you have had in the last year?
Braden: The most fun I’ve had is, all the late night bus rides home with my teammates.
VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why?
Braden: My favorite teacher was my seventh-grade history teacher coach Shearor, he was also my football coach and has taught me a lot about sports and life.
VYPE: What is your favorite athletic memory?
Braden: My favorite athletic memory in high school was when we won our regional last year when I was a junior.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
Braden: Will Thetford, our catcher, has left the biggest impression on me. He’s had to battle some adversity this year but has always kept his head high and he always has my back.
VYPE: Who on your team has the best impression of your coach and who says the funniest things during games?
Braden: Landon bunch always says the funniest stuff during the games and always puts a smile on everyone’s face.
VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?
Braden: I would pick Alaska. I’ve always wanted to go to Alaska to go hunting and see all the land. I’d take my family and my closest friends with me.
VYPE: If we gave you 500 dollars and you had to spend it in the next 24 hours, how would you spend it?
Braden: If I had 500 dollars to spend right now, I’d buy all the books and tools I need for the Tulsa Tech program I am in right now.

Braden: I would like to thank my dad for always pushing me to do my best in everything I did. I wouldn’t be near as successful as I am in anything I do if it wasn’t for him.
